Whew!! Who said losing weight was easy?? I think I have had the hardest week ever since I started my weight lose venture.
Did I drink any water this week?? NOPE!!
Did I eat my veggies this week?? NOPE!!
Did I do any cardio exercises this week?? NOPE!!
BUT.................... I did keep up with my meal portions, didn't go overboard on eating, and if washing a dog with 2 little kids outside count for some cardio............. I THINK I DID PRETTY DARN GOOD!! lol but seriously
at first I felt as though I screwed up big time this week. BUT the good thing about it is, I don't feel bad about it. I am starting to learn that we all are gonna have good weeks and bad ones. I just had a bad. I am so looking forward to this week. I am looking forward to getting some walking in!! Just wish me luck this week!! I am and I will have a good one!!
