Walk, Walk, Walk

This past week was a better one. My sister has moved back so now I have a walking partner. We have walked a total of 18 miles this week. It may not seem like alot to some, but for her, who is just now starting out with the weight loss thing, that was great!! We walked our pets, walked the kids to the park and then walked around the park while they played. It felt really good.
Looking forward to another wonderful week!!

    Walking is such a high and good exercise, too. I also enjoy walking. Good that your sister is back. It's always more fun to exercise with company! Just thought I'd stop by your blog after seeing the title on the blog list. 18 miles in one week is HUGE. I am only managing a mile and a half at a time. Wishing you and your sister continued inspiration and success in the exercise department! emoticon emoticon
