I did okay with my goals for July...better early on than later. I did not reach my weight goal of 225, but I did reach 227 which is a new low for me.
Here's my goals for August:
- Lose 5 more pounds = 222lbs
- Begin a walking regimen = 30-45 min 3-5 times per week
- Begin swimming again = 2-3 times per week
- No more than 1 sweet thing or dessert per day
The kids will go back to school in a few weeks, and that is going to usher in the "fall" routines, which will be a good thing for all of us.
