My August goals are going to be very simular to July's since I wasn't able to keep up with them due to the emergancy visit to TX to see my brother in the hosptial... I have a good feeling that August is going to be a good month. A month without any major distractions which should help me stick to the plan I am going to lay out below.
****Current "Long term" but still short term goal is... Be under 140lbs and have developed strength in my weakest muscles (core, back, arms) by August 22nd.
Goal#1 Eat no more then 11,000 calories/week (try to average five 1400 calorie days and two 2000 calorie days)
Goal#2 Burn 2000 calories via Cardio/week (try to average burning 500 calories four times a week)
Goal #3 Full body strength training twice a week
Reward #1 will be give once I reach 139lbs and will be a facial or 1hr massage
Reward #2 will be given once I reach 135lbs and will be decided at a later date (probably after I recieve reward #1)
Reward #3 will be given August 30th, if I have managed to stick to my program 90% or better, even if I haven't lost any weight and will be a pedicure.
