Lost 10lbs (actually 11)

I wans so excited today. I got up and weighed myself for my team challenge and seen that I weighed 154 which means that I lost 11 lbs. I was planning on posting my first blog at my 10 lbs. (oops I passed it.) can't complain about it. I have actually lost 15 since I started the flat belly diet from prevention.

It has not been easy. My family has been fighting me all the way . Well at least my husband. He will not eat anything that say light reduced fat or diet in anyway. He only wants canned veggies. After reading labels I have decided to eat only frozen veggies especially since I learned that they add sugar to a lot of them. So a lot of nights I have to cook to veggies one for them and one for me. I'm praying that things will change for one it is expensive and uses a lot of pans. And for the other it is very time consuming and some nights I have to cook two whole meals to stick to my diet it. It takes a lot of will power for me to do this. I know with Gods will I keep this up because with him we can accomplish anything. emoticon emoticon emoticon
