Don't like it......

Hmmmm.....which thing do I list on here that I don't feel like doing....SO MANY lol
There is one thing that I don't like doing...stopping myself from eating cookies. I am doing it anyway. I had a couple earlier and I've had enough for today. So, I am taking control. If I get hungry, I will eat some fruit.

I'm not through with the night just yet but, I feel good knowing that I haven't completely pigged out. It gives me a greater sense of hope for myself. I know that if I do it today, I can do it tomorrow and the next day. I can keep this going.

Here are some things I plan on sticking with today...as late as it is, I shouldn't have trouble hehehe

+Keep up my healthy mindset
+Continue making less restrictive goals
+Accomplish said less restrictive goals!
+Prepare myself mentally for tomorrow
