I'm going to write some goals down that I have thought of...I'm going to put the more restrictive ones and then broaden them a little bit.

Narrow Road:
No sweets, nothing white
No eating after 7
Go to the gym for an hour everyday

Wider Road:
Limit sweets but don't totally restrict them, go for wheat foods
Try to eat lighter if absolutely hungry after 7
Get to the gym for an hour at least 4-5 days a week

I can find ways to be flexible...I can find a happy medium between the two roads. I want to start eating wheat foods in place of regular pasta, white bread, etc. I will eat whenever I'm hungry, but when it's not meal time, I will eat very light. I will go to the gym as often as is possible...which should be at least 5 times a week. The kids will be in school so I honestly have no excuse not to go...I even got daycare at the gym for them so there was no excuse anyway. Only getting myself ready to go to the gym will make it even easier!
