Michael Thurmond's 12 Day Body Shaping Miracle

I need to shake things up with my food plan. I've done some research and came across Micheal Thurmonds 12 day plan. You basically take a quiz to find your ideal bodytype and he develops an exercise and eating plan that best suits your body's needs, so I'll be starting that plan today. It's very strict being that it's 12 days but seems to be healthy and in line with the direction I need to take. I'll be taking my measurements later today to add to this blog and I'm gonna try to update at the week mark and then the last day. My goal is to drop my bodyfat % at least 5 %.
Ok, my current stats
Weight: 165 exactly
Body Fat: 36.7%
Waist (at belly button): 34.5
Upper Waist:32
Thigh: 22.5
Chest: 40
9/17/08 Ok, I meant to post after 12 days,but I didn't. These results are from about 16 days after, not 12.
Weight 160-exactly
Body Fat: 35%
Wasit (at belly button):34
Upper Waist: 31
Thigh: 22
Chest 38 (not funny)
I'm still keeping up with the eating from this program (tweaked it alittle) and have gone back to doing my own workout routines. I really think this program is suited for 6 weeks.
