back on track

another week gone by and unfortunately i still dont have use of a computer when i want it. thats about to change though because we finally put my youngest sons online (hes only 11 so we were holding off on that as long as possible) i have gained a couple more pounds this week but thats normal for this time of year, only 98 days till christmas lol. i have been real busy creating the perfect chocolates and have to taste test them to make sure my customers will like them. that doesnt really worry me because i'm not a real fan of sweets so it is only once a year i go through this. i have been keeping up with my journal and writing down what i eat every day . i havent been doing so well with the excersize but i'm getting there. it seems every time i give up i have to start all over from the bottom again.i've really noticed a difference in the way i shop lately. i've always been a label reader but lately with the listeria scare , contaminated tomatoes peppers and spinach i am hesitant to buy a lot of things. a new week a new start , my goal is to make this the best week yet and get back on track

One step at a time! Sounds like you are on your way!

Chocolate tasting--what a cool job! But, I LOVE sweets, so I would be HUGE! There wouldn't be anything left for my customers!

You are still on the right track. I am moving slowly too. I hate it when I stop working out and lose all the progress/motivation I had and have to start over.... But here I am at the beginning again just like you. We can do it! Just shake it off and start fresh... one step at a time. The holidays are approaching so plan ahead and be prepared.
