I am looking to get serious about getting in shape. I have a little less than 2 months till Jan 1st and I would love to lose about 20 lbs (half od my goal weight loss) by then. I am keeping my diet and exercise simple so I do not get overwhelmed. Just oatmeal in the morning and lean protein and salad for the rest fo the day. My workout will be thre days strength training and 3-4 days cardio for 60 minutes
