I lurk...

Honest! I've been here... well, from time to time... logging fitness minutes, logging what I eat... and sometimes it's such a CHORE, but it works! Seeing my progress all in one spot makes things so much easier and it can be so motivational, not to mention educational!

I'm STILL struggling with the dreaded 210 mark. I've lowered my daily calorie intake and upped my weekly exercise. With the holidays upcoming, it might be a huge challenge to maintain my workout schedule and stay within my calorie range, but I'm willing to give it a go!

I'm gonna try to post here on a regular basis as well, to keep myself honest. I've kind of taken a break from blogging, but I'm ready to get back into it - with all the support here and on other sites, it's easier to stay focused and stay on top of things when I"m online and actively thinking about WHY I'm doing what I'm doing!

So.......... until next time, this is me, reveling in the here and the now, making the best choices I can. I'm ready.
