Weekend = Weakness or Wondrous?

I can't decide how to handle my weekends. I am truly horribly terribly awful about tracking... well... ANYTHING on weekends. I'm usually finishing up homework, playing with friends and family, going here 'n' there, visiting some new shrine, temple, or touristy attraction here in Japan...... and I never quite seem to log on to SP to track foods or exercise. I've tried carrying around notebooks, but honestly on the weekends, it doesn't even occur to me to *think* about tracking food.

Craziness ensues on the weekends.

Don't get me wrong, I ADORE my weekends. As a family we tend to play alllll weekend long (that or sleep all weekend long!) Weekends are sort of unspoken "max and relax" days rather than being just a continuation of the week. We almost always have an awesome time, but sometimes the guilt factor creeps in...

I'm not sure quite how to take it. Usually I'm too busy to eat much on the weekends, but if I took some time to track, I'd probably be surprised at what I consume. I just don't know! Ack!


Maybe I should say weekends are a wondrous weakness? ;o)

I guess all in all, I love my weekends and if I have an off day food wise during the week, it's likely to be Saturday or Sunday. That being said, on the same day, I'm probably running around a park, walking around Tokyo, or hiking up and down stairs to view various shrines and temples... so do they balance? For me... for now... I'll say yes. :o)
