Cabbage Soup Diet

Thursday, December 18, 2008

Ok so I'm doing the cabbage soup diet right now, emoticon Not for permanent weight loss so much, but to fit into this dress that I would like to wear on new years eve. I seem to be having success with it, I started at 151 lbs and this morning I was down to 147 lbs. (3 days on) I am hoping that once I'm off it I can at least eat right and workout to maintain at least half of the weight I loss. I'm not usually a fan of quick fixes but I refuse to not look hot for the party. ... I'm Curious.. Has anyone else had success with it where they were able to keep the weight they lost off. Can't wait till my 6 days are up - emoticon

    Hey Pris,

My mother lost 80lbs from the cabbage soup diet for her wedding back in 1992. she looked wonderful. I totally forgot about this. but she hated the soup.

I've did it before and lost 9lbs in a week, so as long as you don't go eating 4 burgers and fries everyday you will keep the weight off.

GURL I TRIED AND HAVE HAD SUCCESS WITH THE "CABBAGE SOUP DIET". MOST OF THE WEIGHT I LOSE ON IT SEEM TO STAY OFF TOO. I DO IT LIKE 3 TO 4 TIMES A YEAR YOU KNOW WHEN I REACH A PLATEAU OR WHEN I JUS NEED A LITTLE BOOST. IN ADDITION I DO FASTS AND DETOXES AN THEY ALL COMBINED HELP ME KEEP THE INCHES, THA SCALE AND THE POUNDAGE GOIN DOWN IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION.
SO HOLLA AT ME WHEN U CANT STAND IT NO MORE GURL(CAUSE I BEEN THERE ON THIS DIET-LOL) AN I'LL TALK U DOWN FROM TEMPTATION.

    K GURL SMOOTCHES,
