Getting my 8 glasses of water is easy as anything for me & alot of times I get extra. But my veggies, as much as I love them I don't seem to get them in regularly.
Then I feel guilty that I don't always eat them. It's like I forget that I'm suppose to eat them except when I prepare my meals ahead of time. So I've decided to challenge myself to eat 3 a day, Fruits - veggies whatever.
I need to plan my menu ahead - when I was doing that I was eating a little better. So now even if I'm not having the best meal like my mcskillets (yea I know I need to leave them alone) I will eat a fruit with it.
I'm also going to start buying yogurt again that is a great way to eat fruit.
So I officially challenge myself to eat 3 fruits/veggies a day for an entire month!
