Don"t Give Up

Most people set fitness goals on how many day they want to work out and have there bodies to look but when it starts to get hard for them they GIVE UP. Change is always a hard thing to do because you are doing something that you are not used to doing, but YOU CAN DO IT, you just have to keep your mind focused on the goal and the things you want to accomplish will be easy because you have a PURPOSE! Rome wasn't built in a day and neither will your body. It takes time and hard work to really see the results that you really want but in the long run it will pay off just DON'T GIVE UP!!!!! emoticon
