Well since challenging myself to eat minimum or 3 fruit/veggies has worked for me. Starting Sunday I am going to challenge myself again. On Sunday I will start commenting on 1 blog from each of my teams. I find that I can learn through them and also get support just by knowing that someone else shared 1 of my struggles that day.
Not to mention how much I enjoy reading the comments that ppl leave on my blogs.
As I improve on myself and meet my challenges to the point that they become 2nd nature then I plan to start adding another challenge.

    I have gotten overwhelmed with blogs too. So instead I regularly visit those who comment on my blog too, or leave me page comments, or goodies or mail..or just stick to those with common or shared issues as I. I have the social community team to comment on a new members blog too, but I dont always subscribe to them...so its nice to have a few back ups for friends and team members. I guess I have about 30 subscriptions but only hit about 6 a day due to many not blogging daily or even by weekly.
    I find Blogs one of the most helpful resources now a days. When they were first created I was resistent towards them because I thought they would take away from the message boards, for me I was right but Im greatful for it because now I can be more focused and less distracted.
