I Hate Winter

Saturday, January 31, 2009

It's so pretty when it snows, but I hate winter. We haven;t really had much snow just lots n lots of COLD
I seem to always b sick. Once again I 'm in bed, spent 2 days there. Every time that I get sick I feel like I'm having to start all over. I've come so far yet here I m once again starting over or so it seems. Well @ least this time I m not allowing myself to get depressed over it. Tomorrow I will go to church n then try to get in a little walking & Monday I m going to start working out again. Well @ least that's the game plan.
I can't wait to have walking weather again. I miss doing my morning mile - my goal is to do move it up to 2 miles a day.

Have you tried the Leslie Sansone workouts?
They are a great alternative when you can't get outside...I have 4 or 5 of her videos...from the 1 mile to the 5 mile challenge.
You can pick them up at Walmart..
I hope you are feeling better soon...

The good thing about starting over is the chance to re-evaluate your plan and tweak the nutrition a bit more so as you might lessen that chance of getting sick....or falling off in some other way. The bottom of the tracker allows you to follow a great list of different nutrients.
Ive come to find it easier to start over every month as if Im just starting for the first time...except I have gained some new skills, more knowledge, and greater confidence. But when I keep pluggin, and pluggin, I tend to lose my direction and get hung up on all the imperfections...instead of making a new plan to get over those hurdles. Not saying that you suffer the same issues, if your lucky Im just rambling. LOL but its food for thought if your path ever leads you to that bridge.
