Yep, I am going to run...well, maybe not run, but I will walk! They say if you are stuck and not losing weight you should shake up your routine up. I have been walking and doing the elliptical. This week I am going to make a real effort on the strength exercises (some reason I don't like to do any of these). I also am going to continue with the elliptical some. I really am going to try adding short jogs during my walk. Maybe this will shake up my exercise routine...I sure hope so.

    Remember you know and we all know you CAN AND WILL DO IT!!!Like Dusty said muscle weighs more than fat and my personal trainer said I would gain before I lost. I think the best thing to tell how well you are doing is the way your clothes fit and the way you feel. Forget the scale I haven't been on one for weeks. I was also told to only weigh once a month so I don't do weight challenges anymore. Keep up your GREAT week. You are still and have been an inspiration for a long time.     Ahhh yes...that and don't forget...muscle builds muscle and muscle weighs more than fat!

    I'm currently reading "TURN OFF THE FAT GENES" by Dr Neal Barnard a nutritional scientist and MD, he says some interesting things in this book about how when we diet and quit and then start messes up our leptin gene among other things. You need to 're-set' your leptin hormones so they will function properly again. It's all so scientific, but he writes in a way that even I can understand even if I can't explain it.

    try the yoga moves on spark work out generater. i love them, who would of thunk it, but really not much involved by way of movement but a whole lot of work. good luck to you with the shake up
