another three months went by.....

and I've only dropped three pounds. I haven't been following any strict sort of diet. I stopped working out completely during that time. I was lazy and was dreaming of a life where I could lay around on the couch all day long and eat m&m frosty's from Wendy's without gaining a pound. Reality came to visit me this week. I said yes to being a maid of honor and the main reason (please don't tell the bride) is to get motivated to lose weight. I'm from Indiana, which means I can hide easily under sweatshirts right now, but I went to California last week for work and the weather hit me like a ton of tank tops! What I want to know is when does it actually hit you? When do you really start dieting and do it the next day, then the next day, then the next day....... What makes you do it? I want to buy that feeling.
