As for the clutch supplement packs you can buy them at Ashley conrads store in LA, but why not just supplent those with almonds or a protein shake..As for the protein shakes try to keep them lower in carbs..save your crabs for meals and veggies!! ALso I think you could supplement brown rice for quinoq and spinach for Kale if you want to keep it more simple
