Regular exercise - sounds easy

But it wasn't. Even with flexible hours at work. To avoid traffic, I'd head in early & be home by 4:15pm - plenty of time to work out, right? No. Too hungry after work, so I'd eat. Then I was too full. Then I was too tired, or it was too close to bedtime. And the fitness room in the basement at work - maybe made it down there once a month. Too much work to do!

In December, I finally changed my work schedule to start at 9:30am. That way, I can get up 6:30ish, exercise until 7:45 and still get to work on time. I don't have anything else to do at 6:30 in the morning, and I've got the energy. Some days I still don't feel like it, so I'll let myself have a yoga day, or a walk with the dog. But most days, I love it!
