My programme - see if it works for you!

I have made up a user friendly programme for myself - feel free to do this too if you like - here's what I do:
I walk for an hour with my littlies in their double buggy on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Fridays. I am pleased to say week 1 has been successfully completed and I am half way through week 2 - yahoo. I am doing this for 10 weeks then I will take a 2 week break and begin again thereafter.
This is a moderate walk so that I remain in the fat burning zone. I also have a cup of coffee before I go as the caffeine assists with the fat burning.
Also (and I love this part) I 'pay' myself $2.50 for each completed walk so by the time I've completed my 10 weeks I'll have $100 to spend on some new clothes as a treat and also because my shape is bound to have changed! This is a great motivator too!
I figure I will have, in the 10 week period, walked approx 160 kms, and will have done 40 hours walking.
I am feeling really good, even after just a short while, I feel empowered and positive - such a great feeling!
