Honestly signing on here and posting blogs daily or as often as possible does help... its not like im just thinkin it i have it wrote down and i can always look back at it..

yesterday was good...
eating ok..
did biggest loser cardio max weeks 1 - 2 and went on an hour long ( 2 1/2 mile ) walk with my mom and our 2 dogs! Im sure duke helped me work a little harder since hes a crazy 75 lb bulldog and im used to my little 15 lb pug!!! emoticon DUKE lol.

Well improlly goin for a walk again today since it is a GORGEOUS DAY OUT!!! Thanks michigan for finnaallly warmin up! almost 70 this weekend! exciting!

Gettin in the swing of things.. summer is around the corner and so is boating season... yyaaayyyy

    I agree with you totally. I just walked at the SHS track for 45 minutes and I feel great.
    FYI
    Theres a bootcamp tomorrow at (former) Redford High School on Gd River in Detroit at 10am & 12pm cost $10 Im gonna go the owner is very serious about what he does, lots of fun, come on out and brings some friends. The weather is suppose to be beautiful. The info is also on facebook under Madfitness!
    Keep that daily posts going, I gotta get into that to because it does keep ya on track. emoticon
