I feel good about my first month progress but I fell terrible about my 5th week eating habits. Overall I have been doing great! Working out 5 times a week for 35-40 min and eating relatively healthy except on weekends(for dinner, I know I know the worst time to be bad) or yesterday that I had pizza. But I promise to be much better the rest of the week and so forth (that includes this weekend) I started weighing 259lbs on 3/30/09 and as of 4/27/09 I weigh 243.5. I have lost a total of 15.5 lbs! I am very excited and plan on doing my best until I reach my goal! Attached is a pictures of my progress. Can you notice the difference?
You definitly can notice, look how much smaller your clothes look on you. I think it's a great idea to take a picture in the same outfit in the same place each month. I'm just finishing up my first month, I think I'll borrow that idea! Wish I would of taken a start picture... but I hate cameras still and how I look! 4373 days ago
