No more overkill!

This was such a lazy, lazy week for me, well in terms of exercise. I started the Bootcamp but only did 3 days. I went to sleep late, ate a lot and just sat around. But guess what? The scale was so kind to me. I lost 2 pounds. How in the heck did that happen. I was working my butt off exercising...not literally...lol....it's still there. But anyway, my typical workout day was: The FIRM 500 calorie workout, 100 push up program, 200 situp program, 50+ jumping jacks, WATP and 20 min. walk around the neighborhood. Wow.....I was on crazy mode for 2-3 weeks. I didn't slow down until I read some articles about working out too much. I totally crashed and burned this week....AND lost weight.

Well from now on, I will do no more than 30 min. of cardio a day 3x a week and 60 min. of cardio 2x a week. I will rest once a week and do some strength training 3 x a week. I've certainly learned my lesson. No more overkill!
