Bad Bad Yoma.

Today I will change and get back on track. Last weekend and week were horrible. I ate terribly and only exercised for 3 days out of the whole week. I don't even plan on weighing myself until next week. Mothers day? OMG! Had chinese, icecream cake, cookies, Tacos!! Omg never again because today I feel terrible.

But good thing that so far I have done pretty good. I plan on having a delicious salad for lunch or something light. and may have a cereal for dinner the rest of the week. I need to compensate for eating terribly!!!
