Making Strides

I was pretty dissapointed to realize that I just can't run. I want to run, I feel like I can run but doing it was a whole other story.

In the past I might have gone into a funk and then gone of track but not this time. I decided that maybe I can't run but I sure can walk and I can use weights so I threw myself into doing what I CAN DO and it is paying off.

I have now lost about 50 pounds. I am .6 from my WW 10%. Yes, I have lost just under 21 pounds since last June. Wow! Yay for me! I feel good about that and I know I can hit my ultimate goal of 140. My WW goal is 150.

I am not always great about posting on Spark but I am on here often soaking up the energy and inspiration from all my Spark buddies. Thanks to all of you! I am blessed to have many sources of strength and inspiration and is one of those sources.
