A minor hurdle

I did so good last week bike riding for 25-45 minutes after work downtown on the bike trails and also working out with one of my DVD's when I got home and I intended on doing the same this week. I packed my gym bag last night and double checked it this morning. Well when I took everything out to make sure I had everything I took my tennis shoes out and oops, I realized when I got to work that I neglected to put them back in. GREAT!!! I am so pissed because I know me, one day of skipping out of my routine will lead to 2, then 3 and so on.

I told my husband about it earlier because I am pissed at myself and he sensing the irritation in my voice said "When you were a kid you used to ride your bike without shoes sometimes, do it today." LOL He always makes me laugh.
