NOT Giving UP

It is so hard sometimes to not give up. My schedule sometimes has me either skipping meals or eating alot later in the evening than i schould. I get so angry at myself for messing up that im afraid the lbs will never start to move in the direction i want . Maybe i need some one to push me harder a personal trainer or a diet or excercise buddy? I know i can do this i need to try harder harder harder.. Does anyone else struggle with similar problems and have solutions they use to keep on track?
