Back on track... I HATE FOOD!

Ok that's a lie, I don't hate food. I just wish apples tasted like nachos and cheese! Or chocolate chip cookies! I noticed I gained 4lbs two weeks ago after a weekend of get togethers and parties and over eatting. As soon as I noticed I realized I had to get my butt in gear. It took me 2 WEEKS to work off the damage of ONE WEEKEND. That puts things in perspective, next time I go to binge, maybe I'll think of that.... maybe
