Last night was Chili night - I don't remember exactly what it's called, but it's another delicious meal. Low carb - no rice this time, but lots of tomatoes and a few black beans along with ground turkey. And spices galore. I could get used to this if it weren't so expensive.
And I've resolved to try to add some nonfat milk to my coffee in the morning. I detest milk by itself, but I could use the calcium and protein.
Small incremental changes. I can do that.
