Last night was Chili night - I don't remember exactly what it's called, but it's another delicious meal. Low carb - no rice this time, but lots of tomatoes and a few black beans along with ground turkey. And spices galore. I could get used to this if it weren't so expensive.

And I've resolved to try to add some nonfat milk to my coffee in the morning. I detest milk by itself, but I could use the calcium and protein.

Small incremental changes. I can do that.

    Ya know, on the Milk thing. What about a milkshake. YOu can use fruit and milk in the blender with lots of ice, some vanilla and sweetener. It's GREAT!

    You CAN do this! It's great that you are doing little by little. You will see it all add up to lowering that number on the scale. Staying focused is really hard but I have great faith that you will do a great job!! Hang in there!
