Making it work~

Well I have walked an extra walk 4 mornings this week. I walk my warm up walk early in the morning. Drive my kids to an early morning seminary class. Have some quiet personal study time and then drive the kids to school. Get my daughter out the door and then walk again with another friend. My goal for a while has been 10,000 steps. I was struggling to get there.
Well, today I was at 8,000 steps before my "official" breakfast. I eat a snack before my exercise and then I eat an actual breakfast after I get done. It was amazing. I am impressed. This is going to be fun getting so many steps.
I guess if you pay the price you get the results. I am hoping to get some results from this change.
