Today...I rededicate myself to my fitness goals. I had a very healthy lunch and I am going to work out in a few. the last couple of weeks have been pretty tough. I gained a few pounds but I am refuse to gain anymore. So I am off once again on this journey to healthy living...


Goal of the week...eat healthy for at least 5 days...
Goal of the month...to be 5 - 10 pounds lighter by 10/31/09

WISH ME LUCK!!! I sure am going to need it.
