Walking back to my intentions!

I have somehow wandered away from my goals again. Those pesky things I try to do everyday to get my health in order. I seem to have it down for a few days and then I just kind of wander off. I sometimes forget and sometimes I make excuses. So for today I am moving the notebook with the goals and the supposed food journal back onto the counter where I can see it.

I have a good plan. I just need to be more dilegent in remembering that I have already planned out what I want and need to do. I am working to make it all habits. Today my plans did not work out how they usually do and I did not get as much as I usually do accomplished. I realized after about 11 am that I really like my day better when there is less thought and more action towards what I want to do.

So here is to the small daily steps that make us all closer to the goal. It is not about starting with the extreme changes but, it is small changes here and there that are going to have big results. I don't have to move mountain. I just have to move healthy food and move myself. I also need to remember that I can do this.
