Geezy petez. I kind of think that one thing that is really working for me (besides blogging everything that I eat) is trying all of these new things whether it be fitness equipment, a new fitness DVD, an article or even food. I'm going to make losing weight fun and interesting and I hope that you'll come along with me on my journey. We can do this! Who says that losing weight has to be difficult?
Yesterday, I was getting a few staple items in the grocery store and I wanted some ice-cream! Since I'm on WW, I naturally migrated in that section of the freezer aisle. Well, of course I thought that the prices were too high, so I decided to look around. I had heard of Skinny Cow ice-cream, so I wanted to check out the label. My personal favorite ice-cream is peanut butter. Although that would have been nice, I didn't expect to find it. Whoa! I found it in an ice-cream sandwich! Then, I had a slight problem: I didn't have my WW point calculator on me. So, I figured that I would have to check out the label and compare it w/ WW and try to gauge the points. Well, I didn't have to! Skinny Cow had it on the label! Woo Hoo! This ice-cream sandwich was decadent! I think the only problem that anyone would have is trying not to eat TWO! LOL! I was actually satisfied and couldn't believe how absolutely delicious that peanut butter swirled w/ chocolate ice-cream sandwich was to me! You have to try these things! There are quite a few of different flavors!
