  • HARMONYDUBOIS's just a simplier method for counting calories techinically. I log my food in on here, and I do my points on my Blogs...when I do the matches up at some point...maybe being 150-200 calories off.

How do these points translate into the required amount of calories you need to consume? I know with me I have to constantly make sure I'm consuming ENOUGH calories and psychologically that is very hard for me to understand. Just be sure on your nutrition tracker that you are eating enough calories, regardless of the points value to make sure you are in sync with your weight loss goals. Just try one day's worth of food and see how many actual calories you consumed, like today's food if you want. If you're under your calorie count, your body will hold on to the weight, b/c it thinks you're starving it. Just a thought.
