Today I was very low energy. I was very tired yesterday. Missed my workouts. I feel better about trying again tomorrow. I don't know why it is so hard to keep started.

    I know the feeling, I get that way sometimes also. I guess, if you are not sick, and just don't feel like exercising, it's a good idea to JUST DO IT. Sometimes I find that is what I have to do and afterwards I'm so glad I did.
