On the 30-Somethings Team, we've started a "Lose 10lbs by Haloween" Challenge, so I've signed up.

Here are my stats:-

Actual Weight Monday, September 7: 161.9 (oops)

    You are doing great Maria!!!! You are an inspiration. I think I will write down my goals and try your approach as I have gained some weight back and need to get it together to lose the weight before the holiday season.

    Hey Maria, you are doing great! So you are slightly behind target but you have lost 4.5lbs and that is FANTASTIC. Keep going, only another couple of weeks to the end of your challenge.
