Today marks an official week that I have been doing slimfast. I am so proud of myself. I have been able to stick with this for a week. It helps I must admit. Them little cravings that I am used to having through the day have disappeared. I am doing a shake for breakfast and one for lunch with fruit for snacks in between. I pray that I can keep this up and I will keep everyone posted on my progress!!!

    Are the slimfast shakes good because I drink jillian michaels shakes they are 100 calories less, and has more protein. The problem is that they are nasty and I have to drink them every hour to two hours to stop from turning in to a honey comb monster lol! Congrats on all ur success. emoticon

    I drink them, too. They are so convenient. I'd get so busy going and doing, I'd sometimes forget to eat. Skip a meal and then try to play catch-up. I would literally be starving. So not cool. They have helped me to have some nutrition on a regular basis. :-)

    You have made it thus far. You can do it! You have the tools, support, friends, and control. Much success to you on your weight loss journey!
