Think about this..... you been working out for a week, a month or maybe 6 months. Then you miss a couple of workouts. Human nature ,well our human tendency is to start beating ourselves up. Some of us may even give up because we have all or nothing thinking.. but the reality is this. One or two even three bads days can never out weight the benefits of what you accomplished. Dust yourself off and get back in the game!
