Monday and Tuesday

Monday was, well, a Monday! All the little things that accumulated on voice mail had to be dealt with and then all the additional items that cropped up during the day. The farmers are all in the fields trying to harvest something. Most were going after the corn as the soybeans are just too wet and green. The trucks and trailers drive past the office to the elevator and the line is short. Most years, the line is down the street and north of the highway. Not a good thing for traffic.
EMT meeting last night was interesting and informative. The hour and a half passed quickly. I had a late supper and spent 1/2 hour in the basement. Getting there slowly- a 1/2 hour at a time.
Today was just as busy. Gary was out on appointments and that left me to deal with all the questions and service work. I did have to leave a few questions unanswered but most were
very gracious and would call back later.
Tonight, while supper was cooking, I attacked the basement with gusto. I spent about 1 1/2
hours moving boxes and cleaning. That was a cardio workout. I am almost ready to set up
the next section of shelves. I also managed to wash, dry and fold 4 loads of clothes after I
quit in the basement. I love an empty hamper!
Thanks for reading and commenting. I am almost ready to call it a day. I am still feeling energetic but I think that walking a mile first thing this morning was a plus!
Have a pleasant night and we'll see what tomorrow brings!
