Want to get on the right track!!

I've been lost for a long time now. Joined SP in 2008 and just can't get it together for some reason or another. I've sat back alittle and not done alot of sparking, really just trying to find myself to see if this is really what I want to do. I say I want to loose the weight and I know that I have to but I can't get it together. So, I'm going to give it a real try and see what happens. I've joined a gym this time around and I'm going to be more positive and try to keep the right, or positive people around me. I've got to be determined in eating right more often the wrong!!! I know it's gonna be a challenge but I really have to do this for me. I'm getting too many looks in church now and work and any where I go really. I don't like the way I look or feel so its time to turn this thing around!!!

Come on over and join the south beach lifestyle team, to give your weight loss a boost and to feel healthier and more motivated. I've already been eating low carb for my glucose, but this is good for anyone who needs to get healthy and lose the lbs. You can do this, I've lost a few lbs already and I've been at the low carb thing only a week. You can do this also, think about it, what do you have to lose besides the weight :o) Your spark buddy, sexysize_12 emoticon emoticon

... You are certainly not alone... I recently had a health scare and gained back some of the weight that I lost by eating all the wrong foods.. I know that I am an emotional eater and I struggle with a ferocious addiction to sweets.... I can't have that "one" bite or I'm a goner!....

... I am going to do a 3 day fruit flush detox next weekend to jump start yet another program... I feel more determined than ever now because after the 2 weeks that I ate all the wrong things, I felt horrible... my energy level was way down, I felt so sluggish and depressed... I am just now feeling better after a week of eating better and my energy still is not what was just a month ago... I want to remember how bad I felt so that I will never repeat this again... it is just not worth it...

You can do this... it just takes time to find out how to balance everything... Have you noticed how you continually learn new ways of losing weight?... there is no "one size fits all" and more than anything I am finding out that we have to go through trial and error in order to find what works for us... I have learned more here, on SP, than I have anywhere else and know that I can succeed, but I also know that I have to be consistent with both my nutritional and exercise regiments...

emoticon ... you can do this... hang in there, it will happen emoticon ...

Good luck... emoticon ~ Dee ~ emoticon

Ok Take my hand and lets do this together. One area that I really struggle in is working out. Since I can't seem to get myself in gear I have started walking to work. If I don't have anything I have to do I will take a walk on my lunch. I have moved more this week than I have in a very long time. I know this is not the answer for everyone but one thing it has taught me is to take one thing, step at a time. Pick one area you really want to work on and get that down pat, then pick another area. Eventually everything will fall into place. You know I am here for you.

This could be my blog. I know I need to lose and I want to lose weight, but I can't seem to get my act together to consistently do the things I should be doing. Hopefully something will spark for both of us and we will start doing it. emoticon
