Starting Again

Well it's been awhile since i've been on the site. I guess i got frustrated after being unable to work out.Due to an injury at work and then an accident. But i'm back and ready to give it my all. Good luck to everyone else who struggling to stick with it. Don't give up, as a team i think we can do it. :)

    WELCOME back to SP! Losing weight is not an easy thing to do and it takes great determination and discipline to be a success with it - IF there were no obstacles in the way! Take your obstacles and make them a lesson to learn and move on forward. It's hard, but how bad do you want this?

    Start off slow and small steps at a time. Don't try to 'catch' up - you are not competing with anyone but yourself. Write your goals and review/rewrite them as you acheive them. Don't forget to reward yourself too...as a booster!

    Re-read some of the articles to get you motivated. Using the food and fitness trackers are a plus for me and planning my weekly meals on the weekend, saved me time and money, as I would only buy for that week's meals.
