Ooops, almost a week without an entry.... time to refocus

Well it's been a crazy week, with according to the scale a bit of a set back with a gain of 2 pounds, however deep down i'm thinking it's off. My morning weigh in was a little later then normal as well as not getting a good nights sleep before hand. Of course this is not an excuse so i'm even more focused on what i'm putting in my mouth, and what exercise is being done. I'm focusing on keeping healthy snacks that keep me fuller longer in the house and readily available in proper portions. Any ideas?
