I have lost my Mojo and need help!

Thursday, November 19, 2009

For the past couple of years I was going to the Y to do classes and workout in the weight room~with no results. At the beginning of the year I started to do P90X but struggled to find the time and did not change my diet so although I am sure I gained muscle you couldn't really see it under all the fat layers. Then around April I did the Chalean extreme and started noticing more muscle definition and loving it!! I really enjoyed her workouts!!
I am down about 15 pounds from the beginning of the year but have been stuck where I am at for quite awhile. I started to incorporate running into my schedule and was really taking to it until the weather got yucky but started doing it on my treadmill inside. I was doing pretty well because my husband and I were going to do my very first 5K this coming Sunday, November 22nd. Then about 3-1/2 weeks ago he told me that we would not be able to do it because we have to work a fundraiser that day for my son's traveling baseball team. Once I heard that,(and incorporated Halloween candy into the mix for a few weeks) I just lost my motivation.
I started doing Chalean again on Monday which I have to do when I get home from work because I just don't have the energy to do it as well in the mornings. I lift better and more weight in the evenings. I was hoping to get up in the mornings too a few days a week to get some runs in but I just don't have the mojo to do so. I set the alarm clock and just turn it off and lay there telling myself that I should get up but by the time I do, I have to start getting ready and left myself no time to work out...I need to change something!! I don't want to gain the weight back and I really want to lose at least another 10-15 pounds!!
Have any of you been here before? What did you do to get past this? I just feel so tired all of the time again! Help!! emoticon

Im the same! Waking up by the alarm and turned off. Sometime went back to sleep for extra 30 minutes when I should be exercising. Its lack of willpower! Just need to learn to be able to keep the willpower and force yourself. I had to have my fiance to make sure I get my butt out of bed as soon the alarm went off. It helps a bit.
