Well, I've decided to go back my 30 day shred. I'm just wayyy to outta shape for P90X and find myself discouraged most of the time. I need to focus on getting back in shape and getting a little more weight off. I'm really anxious to get back to my P90X, but I want to be able to do the program...and do it well, so I need to put it on the shelf for a bit. The 30 day shred kicked my butt and I could keep up with it and that's what I need right now. So, for now its My Wii Fit Coach, 30 Day Shred and Wii Fit Plus. I'm also doing Zumba twice a week, so we'll see how things go! Later!
