Slowly but surely ...

I've been working out at least 40 min. everyday and I've been staying below 1500 calories but for some reason the scale doesn't want to budge! I know I'm probably gaining a little muscle, which is good, but I want to see the number on the scale go down!

I've been doing mainly cardio so I think I'm going to start strength training soon. Hopefully that'll help me see a change on the scale!

Other than that though, I'm doing really well with my exercise. It took a little while but I'm able to do at least 30 min on the stairclimber and/or eliptical. It feels good to not be completely exhausted after my workouts but I go a LOT more work to.

I'm getting a Wii next week so I'm excited about all the fitness games! Yaye!

    Keep your head up. I know we want to see the numbers change but try taking your measurements. Maybe those have dropped. I stepped on the scale this morning and weighed the same as last weigh day. I need to add strength training too. We can do anything we set our minds to accomplish. Keep up the good work and maybe next weigh day will be better.
