Day 12...was yesterday...hehehe.

Short and sweet...yesterday was about the same as the day before...spent the day at the hospital. Dinner was fresco tacos from Taco Bell and they were yummy!!! 160 calories each!!! WOOOHOO...I had enough calories for TWO!!! Did a little Krogering after that and then back home....took some Nyquil and woke some 9 hours later!!! HAHAHAHAHA.....need the rest.

My father-n-law left the hospital and has just now arrived home..we are on our way to welcome him home!! Thank goodness!!

Today is day 13 and I can't believe I have actually stuck to this for almost 2 weeks!!! Thanks to all my spark friends for your support!!! I couldn't have done it without yall!!!

    Isn't is something how 2 weeks have gone by and although challenging at times..there's something different about this time? I feel that way, too! I'm glad you were able to get a good long sleep..you really needed that! You should feel so proud of yourself...especially that whole hospital thing and how you handled it and kept to your program. I will remember that when those times come up in my life. Stress and worry can be a perfect opportunity to go overboard but you didn't! You stayed anchored! Now, that's progress! Great job!     Fabulous... you realize that when you can deal with a stressful situation as you have and come out still sticking to your regiment of eating and exercise (you were creative on this level) than the rest will go smoothly... Great job... and Happy to hear about your father in law going home.
