I made it through a day with no candy, cookies, chocolate....
It feels good. I actually feel leaner. Following a Sparkler's advice (thank you!), I've been visualizing myself turning away from them.
Hope that works for Day 2!
I'm doing this for my health and that's important, more important in the long run than yet another Junior Mint.
