Day 23...do-over

As I was typing my blog last night my inside cat decided she wanted to attack my outside cat at the window...normally this would not bother me. I had a cup of water sitting on the window sill that I was drinking so u can prolly guess what happened next...yep...all over me, the couch, the laptop and my cellphone!!! UGH!!!! I was livid to say the least...its a good thing I couldn't catch her cause I prolly could have hurt her really bad!!! DO-OVER!!!

Day 23...too much fiber???

My tracker is telling me that I am consistently getting too much fiber. Are you kidding me?? I didn't think this could EVER be an issue. I thought it was good to keep the pipes cleaned out!!! LOL. I am supposed to be getting 25-35 grams of fiber per a day and I am consistently getting 40 or MORE!! What the crap???(LOL)
Can it possibly be that I am eating too healthy!! NAH!! No way!!

Well maybe on day 24 I will try not to be so healthy!!! hehehehe

    Those pesky kittys..it's a wonder they didn't electrocute you!! My mom's cat is so spoiled..when he wants attention he unplugs her TV..ON PURPOSE!!! What is that they say about cats ruling? They really think they do...but they're so cute...lol..you gotta' love em'!!!

    My tracker says I'm not getting ENOUGH fiber. What the heck are you eating that's racking up the fiber points? Look on your tracker and tell me..I need to increase mine! Have a nice weekend, Kelly! xoxox emoticon

    I think we all have days like that. Sometimes you do need a do-over, I know I do! At least you have a good attitude about it & that's important!
